Speed Mechanics and Conditioning
Age: 10 - 18. Assess individual movement mechanics in order to identify specific abilities requiring improvements. We integrate speed, agility, quickness, balance, strength, rhythm and co-ordination in an innovative and fun manner.



CENTRAL TRAINING (MCKELLAR PARK) TRAINER:
Craig Taylor is a 
Certified National Sprint Coach. Taylor has trained national and international level (Olympic) athletes for over 20 years. A few of his athletes include the likes of former 100 meter world record holder Donovan Bailey, Glenroy Gilbert (part of 4x100 meter relay team world record), Damon Allen (Toronto Argonauts, CFL), Adrien Aucoin (NHL), Morgan Kane (NFL), and various teams including the Bahrain sprint/hurdle national team and Norwegian Olympic Bobsled team

WEST TRAINING (OZ DOME) TRAINER: 
Kyle Kennedy is a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer at Canadian Strength. Kyle holds certifications as a CSCS and CPT from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has apprenticed under Craig Taylor for the past five years. Kyle transitioned from a long career in football into training athletes of all ages. He has experience training athletes from many sports including: football, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, baseball, bobsled and rugby.
