Plus 20 Elite Boys (2000 - 98) Players who are selected to participate in the +20 program will be challenged to unleash their ultimate athletic potential through technical, tactical and physical training. Players will be exposed and introduced to a number of new training methods that will expand their knowledge of the principles of attacking and defending soccer. Players will be asked to maintain a very high standard on and off the training field and be provided with a very in depth Home Strength, Balance and Technique Program which will ensure the players are staying sharp and fit throughout the program.
